The firm was established in April 2005. All of the partners have gained experiences in an international context for many years. The background supports the particular international strengths of the firm in the area of international commercial and corporate law. We advise primarily mid sized companies in the field of optical technologies, electronics, mechanics, robotics, engineering, biotechnology, automotive supply and software development.

The firm is present in the German capital Berlin as well as in its location of origin in the City of Jena.
